Damage & Complaints
We pack your order with care, but it is still possible that damage has occurred during transport. May we therefore ask for a quick check for external visual damage while the driver is still present.
In case of visible damage, please have the driver sign for this and send us a copy together with pictures of the broken goods and packaging.
Please note that the driver has to cooperate and wait until you have done a rough external check of the delivery. Please only sign for receipt after this check.
